The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, making a false declaration, speeding and driving with a revoked license.

Arrests

* Derrick L. Jones, 46, 1451 Luce St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license and improper registration.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and property damage.

* Alandia J. Jones, 21, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense, on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation, no operator's license, failure to yield and financial responsibility.

Summons

* Cherish E. West, 26, 327 S. Spanish St., received a summons for selling alcohol to a minor.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Medication was reported stolen at 224 N. Lorimier St.

* Money was reported stolen at 234 N. Lorimier St.

* Stealing was reported.

Property damage

* A vehicle's hood was reported damaged at 2518 Lynwood Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 40-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety reported the following item.

Theft

* Prescription medication was reported stolen in Towers North.
