Arrests
- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges of resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and driving while revoked at Broadway and Lacey Street.
- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges of assault, resisting arrest and trespassing at 3439 William Street.
- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for robbery, domestic assault, assault and burglary.
- Janel L. Johnson, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
Summonses
- Austin T. Burton, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
- Andrew L. Vanklaveren, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign.
- Damon A. Washington II, 20, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for indecent exposure and a minor in possession.
- Yin Huan L. Cai, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at 3439 William St.
- Dana D. Newell, 40, of Park City, Kentucky, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
- Daphne M. Edmonds, 48, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a nuisance animal.

- Shoplifting was reported at 315 Shirley Drive.

Burglary
- Burglary was reported at 1346 Howell St.
Assault
- Charges are pending for domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

- A 1993 white Pontiac Grand Prix was reported towed from 801 Good Hope St.
- A violation of order of protection for an adult was reported.
- A 41-year-old female was placed in protective custody.
- A 49-year-old male was placed in protective custody.

Arrests
- Farris W. Adams, 35, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.
- Scott K. Ingram, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and an Alexander County, Illinois, warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked and driving while suspended, failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to wear seat belt.
- Kenric G. Heisserer, 53, of Old Appleton was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- Bruce E. Salmon, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
- Angela D. Solak, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.
- Derek A. Jackson, 34, of Gipsy was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
