The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal.

* Bertrell Bridges, 28, 1110 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for possession of dangerous drugs and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jarvis N. Robinson, 51, 735 William St., Apt. 7, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Glenda Kay Ross, 41, 1226 Harmony St., No. 1, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.

* Charles Lee Shipman, 41, 1226 Harmony St., No. 1, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

* Travis D. Graham, 26, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Joel D. Bland, 36, 1107 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and failure to signal.

* Gary Lyn Trowbridge, 61, 923 N. West End Blvd., Apt. A, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for indecent exposure and failure to appear for park curfew.

Summonses

* Christina M. Wilson, no age given, of McClure, Ill., was issued a summons for improper turn and expired license plates.

* Chencia S. Aldridge, 25, 912 Elm St., was issued a summons for illegal dumping.

* Erica M. Davis, no age given, 1113 Cape Hills Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Mia J. Degrant, 521 Broadway, Apt. C, was issued a summons for following too close.

Assaults

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary and broken windows were reported at 816 N. Fountain St.

* Burglary and a broken door lock were reported at 1400 Rose St.

* Cape Girardeau Regional Credit Union, 2427 Cape Centre Drive, reported robbery.

* Robbery was reported.

Thefts

* Theft of money was reported at 161 West St.

* Menards, 535 Siemers Drive, reported shoplifting.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of Missouri license plates was reported.

* Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported money stolen.
