Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault.

* Derrick L. Jones, 47, 1104 William St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and trespassing.

* Kelsie L. Hale, 17, 2818 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Dymesisha S. Moore, 17, 129 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Amanda R. Driskell, 34, 340 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Allison R. Lampher, 34, 616 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.

Summonses

* James P. Dannenmuller, 28, 2546 Meadow Lane, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

* Pamela L. Hemphill, 50, 509 Bellevue St., was received a summons for assault.

* Ivan D. Bragg, 47, 929 Walnut St., received a summons for a nuisance on property.

* Nancy A. Harris, 34, 934 William St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Kelly R. Gause, 29, 620 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Department of Public Safety reported the following item. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* A violin, GPS unit, compact discs, compact disc cases and shirts were reported stolen.
