The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Brian jackson, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested for probation and parole violation in Kentucky.
• Judith Thornton, 62, of Sedgewickville, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to yield.
• Dereke Damond, 34, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County and New Madrid County warrants.
• Courtney Crisler, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration and no insurance.

Robbery

• Robbery was reported at 103 Cape West Parkway.

Thefts

• Theft was reported at Down to Earth Satellite, 1028 N. Kingshighway.
• Theft was reported at Victoria's Secret, 3049 William St.
• Attempted theft was reported on South Sprigg Street.
• Theft was reported at 3120 Independenc St.
• Theft was reported at 2806 Gordonville Road.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of a controlled substance and counterfeiting were reported at South Kingshighway and Shawnee Parkway.
• Indecent exposure was reported at 123 N. Pacific St.
