Arrests
* Dominique L. Dean, 21, 2832 Whitener St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* J.J. Cooper, 29, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
