The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Lisa G. Braswell, 31, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain single lane.

Arrests

• Alicia L. Cunigan, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Quaemonn I.L. Wilkerson, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Boone County warrant for resisting arrest.
• Russell M. Phiffer, 41, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of receiving stolen property and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.

Summonses

• Ana-Alicia M. Succaw, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following too closely.
• Debbie L. Rhodes-Hodge, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Catherine M. Plambeck, 22, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault.
• Amber L. Grooms, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lane.
• Holly M. Miller, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Bertha L. Waddy, no age given, of Villa Ridge, Illinois, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

Thefts

• Rings and a necklace were reported stolen at 107 N. Main St.
• A watch was reported stolen at 1454 Themis St.
• Identity theft was reported.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Property damage

• An awning damaged by a vehicle that left the scene was reported at 1624 N. Kingshighway.
• A window was reported damaged at 215 N. Sprigg St.

Miscellaneous

• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• A 44-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 30-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
