The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Terrance A. West, 19, of Hayti Heights, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Lola M. Shipp, 60, of Hayti Heights, Mo., was arrested on a three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

* Neil M. Ramsey, 29, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Justin R. Depauw, 37, 101 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.

* Tayna L. Knight, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Nathan W. Coleson, no age given, 1903 Huntington Drive, was issued a summons for making an improper turn.

* Jennifer N. Locke, no age given, 234 N. Lorimier St., was issued a summons for driving without a valid license.

* Jordan T. Modicue, 26, 1929 Delwin St., Apt. 5, was issued a summons for animal leash-law violation.

* Dinah M. Wyatt, 21, 1929 Delwin, St., Apt. 5, was issued a summons for animal city license required.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.
