DWI

* Dwayne L. Pengelley, 34, 1400 S. West End Blvd., No. 27, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Michael Brown, 53, 182 A St., Lot 7, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Sheila G. Threshier, 49, 2764 Linden St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Minor, Mo., warrant.

* Adam Crigger, 45, 144 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Justin Green, 32, 547 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.

* Michael David Murray, 51, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of theft of a credit device.

* Patricia Counts, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Kendrick D. Kimble, 28, 1808 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and forgery.

* Cayleigh R. Bolton, 17, 1617 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and forgery.

* Joshua A. Abernathie, 23, 1105 Hidden Valley Drive, Apt. 3, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines for driving while intoxicated, no operator's license and improper lane usage.

Property damage

* A door frame was reported broken at 315 S. Lorimier St.

* Eugene M. Hall Sr., 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle with visible reducing material.
