CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jeffrey M. Leas, 20, of St. Charles, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, being a visibly intoxicated minor and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

• Kevin G. Dixon, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
• Ortres T. Bridges, 22, of Cairo, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing aluminum siding and trespassing.

Summonses

• Kathryn A. Acord, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
• Jade D. Peel, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Evan M. Driscoll, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons for following too closely.

Miscellaneous

• An assist to other agency was reported.
• A 54-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
