CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Gregory Allen Hatchett, 28, 429 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
• A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and trespassing.
• William L. Wells, 30, 2560 Lisa Drive, was arrested at 449 S. Louisiana St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
• Latorya N. Mackins, 34, 5 Village Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for no operator's license and failure to yield and Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and two counts of larceny.
• Santon M. Rollins, 29, 1010 Locust St., was arrested at 6 Village Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Bailey L. McKlin, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses at 149 S. West End Blvd. for no city animal license and animal neglect.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault and felonious restraint were reported.
• Domestic assault and felonious restraint were reported.

Thefts

• Medication was reported stolen at 310 N. Kingshighway.
• A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 2021 Independence St.

Miscellaneous

• Statutory rape was reported.
