DWI

  • Jessica M. Johnson, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
  • Stephen W. Beydler, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

  • Angela D. Solak, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Cody R. Barden, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and following too closely.
  • Gabrielle A. Brooks, no age given, of Imperial, Missouri, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Beverly M. Schaper, 32, of Oak Ridge was issued a summons for assault.
  • Julie T. Jamieson, no age given, of McClure, Illinois, was issued a summons for driving with an expired driver's license and striking a legally stopped vehicle.
  • Danny W. Farmer II, 28, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued a summons for assault.
  • Cameron M. Spink, 19, of Arnold, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor and stealing.

  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 2525 Boutin Drive.
  • Stealing and property damage were reported at 505 N. Kingshighway.
  • Stealing and forgery were reported at 209 S. Plaza Way.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and the theft of video games, a PlayStation 3 console, a PlayStation 4 console and money were reported at 1714 Pemiscot St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 1406 Howell St.

Assaults

  • Assault and property damage were reported at 430 N. Frederick St.
  • Assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

  • An animal bite was reported at 211 Saint Francis Drive.
  • A 30-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • Animal living areas/animals certain prohibited were reported at 1602 Amblewood Drive.
