The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Dwayne L. Pengelley, 34, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Lisa A. Rose, 47, 1437 Howell St., was arrested on an ex parte violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and forgery.

* Leon L. Selvy, 19, 509 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 10, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for false declaration.

* Christopher D. O'Kelly, 26, 224 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a Marble Hill, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for seat-belt violation.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being a runaway.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Travis P. Martin, 39, 2720 Luce St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation and failure to appear.

Summons

* Grant P. Behle, 41, 418 Themis St., No. 2, received a summons for trespassing.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary, trespassing and damage to a door were reported at 41 S. Hanover St.

Thefts

* Theft and identity theft were reported at 1215 Dunklin St.

Miscellaneous

* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 45-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Harassment was reported at 937 Broadway.

Summonses

* Bennett D. Jensen, 19, of Kirkwood, Mo., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
