The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Shrae N. Cooper, 25, 2857 Themis St., Apt. B3, was arrested on a Paducah, Ky., warrant for failure to appear for larceny.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Elizabeth A. Boyer, 40, 462 Estate Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Assaults

* Sexual assault was reported.

* Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* Burglary, damage to windows and the theft of heat pumps, copper wire, pipes and fixtures were reported at 1632 Independence St.

Thefts

* Denny's, 161 West Drive, reported food stolen.

* Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership, 334 S. Kingshighway, reported failure to return a rented television.

Miscellaneous

* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported at Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported at 1600 Independence St.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of trespassing.

DWI

* Samantha R. Berryman, 21, 921 William St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
