The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jasimane D. Flennoy, 23, of Lilbourn was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Tristan M.J. Amann, 19, 6801 State Highway 25, was arrested on suspicion of assault, resisting arrest, and minor in possession of alcohol.
• Oanh K. Le, 30, 4136 Connor Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Tyler B. Mangus, 29, of Millersville was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 52, 121 E. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
• A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for unlawful possession of a weapon, driving without valid license, and speeding.
• Justin L. Roberts, 28, homeless, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license, and arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.
• Mohammed K. Alaja Ji, 22, of Carbondale, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.
