The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Markquill D. Sproaps, 22, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for shoplifting at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Ronald G. Elbert, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and probation violation.

Summons

* Travis G. Lowe, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for damaging a cellphone.

Thefts

* An iPod Touch, wallet and credit card were reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.

* An iPod Touch was reported stolen at 247 Siemers Drive.

* Theft was reported at 44 N. Lorimier St.

Property Damage

* A window on a Southeast Missouri State University van was reported broken at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A pickup truck was reportedly scratched in a parking lot at 80 S. Plaza Way.

* Property damage was reported at 247 Siemers Dr.

* A tire was reportedly slashed at 2 S. Main St.

* A SUV was reported damaged and a small safe was reportedly stolen from the vehicle at 101 Cape West Parkway.
