Cape Girardeau police report 2/27/11

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brook N. Pearman, 20, 1101 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a warrant for stealing.

* Talon J. Cain, 20, of Wickliffe, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jessica M. Lowes, 17, of 1717 College St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Kevin L. Kielhofner, 28, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.

* Colleen N. Kelly, 25, 1726 Dunklin St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

Burglary

* Medication was reported stolen and doors damaged as part of a burglary at 2817 Lear Drive.

Theft

* A purse was reported stolen at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Miscellaneous

* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

DWIs

* Jacob G. Schlamer, 20, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Demetrish T. Williams, 32, of Oran, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

* Joredan R. Quigley, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Union County warrant for failing to appear in court for possession of a controlled substance.

* Tyler J. Batchelor, 18, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Victoria D. Johnston, 42, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two Caldwell County warrants for failing to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear for failing to register a motor vehicle.

* Cody W. McAlister, 20, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Carlos A. Rivas, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop at a stop sign and possession of a controlled substance of up to 35 grams of marijuana.

* Gage L. Shelton, 17, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Jimmy A. Acup, 39, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failing to register a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a license and on a county warrant for failing to appear in court for previously operating a motor vehicle without a license.

* Michael W. Brandt, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for tax fraud.

* Jeffrey L. Cook, 34, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to register motor vehicle and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Amanda M. Campbell, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Park Hills, Mo., warrant for failing to appear for possession of alcohol, a Desloge, Mo., warrant for failing to appear for shoplifting and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for exceeding the posted speed limit and resisting a lawful stop.

* Jennifer F. Clark, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stealing and third-degree domestic assault.
