CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Amanda Jo Courtaway, 30, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on a show-cause order for stealing, failure to appear for revoked operator’s license, failure to appear for stealing, failure to appear for failure to drive on right side of roadway and failure to appear for trespassing.
- Corey Wyndham Quintana, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on North Kingshighway on three Cape Girardeau warrants for no valid operator’s license, improper registration and no proof of insurance.
- Steven Kenneth Dusterhoft, 35, 534 Washington Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to return to confinement.
- Lori Ann Welker, 41, of Scott City was arrested at 1918 N. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for identity theft.
- Sheila Kay Shy, 25, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested at 216 N. Missouri St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
- James Henry Love II, 33, 106 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested at North Kingshighway and Hopper Road on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
- Thomas Edward Smith, 28, of Wolf Lake, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Kelly Edward Wright, 26, of Princeton, Louisiana, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Aaron Timothy Segwick, 27, 533 County Road 325, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
- Lauren Marie Story-Shumate, 29, 1483 County Road 206, was arrested at 612 S. Sprigg St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
- Robert Dean Garrity, 39, 14 N. Fountain St., was arrested at 216 N. Missouri St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for show-cause order for stealing.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, running a stop sign and failure to signal.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
