Arrest

• Shannon Carnell, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott City warrant.

Thefts

• Theft was reported..
• Theft was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

• Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported at Ellis and Independence streets.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Joseph Evans, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
• Krishanda McVay, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving wile intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a license and failure to register an out-of-state registered vehicle.

Arrests

• Ethan Revelle, 27, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary.
• Paige Sides, 29, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked license.
• Bobby Cantrell, 30, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault and resisting arrest.
• Tray Rice, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a license.
• Austin Goza, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Randy Amelunke Jr., 33, of Whitewater was arrested on a Perry County (Missouri) warrant for failure to appear on a charge of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tarrin Schearf, 23, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Jason Goodman, 35, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a parole violation.
