Arrests

  • Alisha D. Snider, 37, 514 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Isom O. Winters, 42, 426 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines; and was arrested on a Missouri Probation and Parole warrant for parole violation.
  • Lacey D. Baker, 22, 1022 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.
  • Breonna M. Reeves, 20, of Scott City was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Steven J. Crigger, 38, 925 N. Mount Auburn Road, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
  • Sarah M. McFall, 30, 1843 College St., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

  • Jonnie A. Daniels, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failing to stop at a steady red light and no proof of insurance.
  • Tammy S. Sappington, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Jeremy T. Schlitt, 31, of Chaffee, Missouri, was issued a summons for no proof of insurance and leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Timothy D. Slinkard, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

  • Shoplifting was reported at 315 Shirley Drive.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen at 648 Spring Ave.
  • Speakers and an amplifier were reported stolen, and a sunroof was reported damaged at 516 Locust St.

Assault

  • A juvenile was cited into Juvenile court for assault and stealing.

Miscellaneous

  • Harassment was reported at 2010 Chesapeake Ave.
  • A 41-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 46-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
