* Devin E. Smith, 25, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. B1, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at C & H Properties, 112 Broadview St.
* Brandon S. Anderson, 26, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for speeding and suspended operator's license.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Alisa M. Santangelo, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
* Sean Kevin Poole, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear and a Jackson city warrant for failure to appear at 1111 Harmony St.
* Danny P. Denton, 56, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest at 1129 Broadway.
* Andrew J. Martin, 21, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Kohl's at 315 Shirley Drive.
* Danielle M. Eastman, 21, was arrested on suspicion at stealing from Kohl's at 315 Shirley Drive.

* John E. Coffee, no age given, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle and leaving the scene.
* Misty I. Wilfong, no age given, 3022 Themis St., Apt. 8, was issued a summons for failure to drive within traffic lanes.
* Jonathon E. Mueller, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for operating vehicle too fast conditions.
* Christine E. Bone, no age given, 326 Lorimier St., was issued a summons for driving too fast for conditions.
