DWI
* Trey Allen Gardner, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia, being a minor in possession of intoxicants and a stop-light violation.
Arrests
* Challus Levi May, 26, 1400 West End Blvd., No. 18, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Michael Eugene Emerson, 42, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and false declaration.
* Ricky Dale Emerson, 50, 1110 Ranney Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
* Harvey Edward Gaddy, 47, 19 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Bernadette Luella Richards, 24, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Mississippi County warrant for fraud and passing bad checks.
* Kenneth Norwood, 30, homeless, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked and failure to stop at a stop sign.
* Kellen M. Johnson, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.
* John Timothy Hiltebeitel, 47, homeless, was arrested on a Cole County Illinois warrant for property crime.

* Sylvia J. Hunter, 18, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
* Stephen D. McGhee, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for urinating in public.

* Rape was reported.
Robbery
* Robbery was reported at 3018 Mimosa Drive.
Thefts
* Theft of a washing machine was reported at 920 S. Benton St.
* Theft of a wheelchair was reported at Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 Saint Francis Drive.
* Theft of a wallet and contents was reported at 1903 N. Kingshighway.
* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 432 Morgan Oak St.
* Damage to a door and a missing padlock were reported at 917 Elm St.
Miscellaneous
* Forgery was reported at Sprigg and Merriwether streets.
* A 48-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.
* A request for service was reported.

* Cory A. Ponder, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Foristell, Mo., warrant for failure to register a vehicle.
* Brittany N. Davis, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
* Betty S. Johnson, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to comply with a court order requiring the use of an ignition lock.
* Kellen M. Johnson, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for contempt of court for stealing.
* Georgia C. Rodgers, 37, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Logan R. Kirkpatrick, 23, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* Stephen. W. Beydler, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
* David C. Powell, 34, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Roger W. Poole Jr., 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Jacob V. Vandeven, 36, of Whitewater was arrested on a Chaffee, Mo., warrant for failure to pay traffic fines and on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Randy J. Amelunke, 30, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
