The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Leanne S. Rankins, 54, 245 N. Park Ave., No. 8, was arrested on suspicion of assault, unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and property damage.

* Jennifer A. O'Neal, 25, 103 N. Clark Ave., No. 301, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Cesar Lorenzo-Jarquin, 21, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Kevin J. Rishton, 30, 739 Themis St., No. 1, was arrested on a Howell County warrant for failure to appear.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Thefts

* License plates were reported stolen at 114 Green Acres Drive.

* Vehicle parts were reported stolen at 1121 S. Sprigg St.

* An EBT card was reported stolen at 614 S. Pacific St.

* A 2009 Blue Kia Rio was reported stolen at 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* An iPhone and cord were reported stolen at 1844 Lawanda Drive.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at Pacific and William streets.

* Damage to the floodwall mural was reported at 418 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Counterfeiting was reported.

* Violation of an order of protection was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Ashley N. Buck, 21, of Overland, Mo., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.
