CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Joshua E. Rowe, 36, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of stealing food at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
• A suspect was in custody pending charges of domestic assault.

Summons

• Derek D. Tipler, 33, was issued a summons for resisting or interfering with arrest.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary and theft of a television, coins, briefcase and black bag were reported at 217 N. West End Blvd.
• Burglary and theft of medication were reported at 408 S. Spring Ave.
• Burglary was reported at Girardot Center, 609 N. Middle St.

Thefts

• Clothing was reported stolen at 501 N. Silver Springs Road.
• Theft of checks and forgery were reported at 224 N. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Identity theft was reported.
• Statutory rape was reported.
• Harassment was reported.
