The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Tristin L. Dunker, 18, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at Broadway and North Frederick Street for driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Arrests

  • A 31-year-old woman was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William Street.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a concealable firearm.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of controlled substances (methamphetamine and synthetic narcotic), possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle on a revoked license.
  • Kenneth Brandon Hobeck, 32, of Kelso, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Garmeisha D'Lynn Terry, 29, 722 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

  • Domestic assault and theft were reported.

Arrests

  • Zachery T. Wyatt, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Joseph W. Chaney, 25, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
  • Shauna R. Hamilton, 34, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with a revoked license.
  • Dustin R. Sample-Hamilton, 21, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
  • Maria G. Deiermann, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
  • William G. Driskell, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of first-degree robbery.
  • Dallas C. Sharp, 33, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on five warrants from New Madrid County, Missouri: two for failure to appear for traffic violations and three for probation violations for larceny.
  • Sheila K. Shy, 25, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for theft.
