The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Timothy T. Biddle, 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* Gene T. Wren, 33, 633 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Michael L. Hill Jr., 51, 818 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.

* Hunter B. Umfleet, 18, of Gypsy, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* James E.D. Boley, 22, 2810 Whitener St., Apt. B, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for expired license plates.

* Justin L. Roberts, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Elizabeth I. Harris, 31, 1060 W. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Summonses

* Shane C. Davenport, no age given, of Eldon, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.

* Rachael N. Lynn, no age given, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Bradley G. Benton, 27, 663 Timon Way, was issued a summons for resisting arrest.

* Jimmy L. Walker, 17, 1714 Montgomery St., was issued a summons for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

* Jake C. Cox, 20, 1410 Pemiscot St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter and nuisance violation.

* Cleve L. Jaycox Jr., 28, of High Ridge, Mo., was issued a summons for indecent exposure and possession of an open container in public.

* Charles D. Kuykendall, 61, 701 North St., Apt. 2, was issued a summons for indecent exposure.

Thefts

* Theft of a debit card, promise ring, Nintendo DS and games and mp3 player and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 636 Koch Ave.

* Moneytime Pawn, 2112 Broadway, reported a cellphone and speakers stolen.

* Theft of money was reported at 35 S. Kingshighway.

* Theft and property damage were reported at Broadway and North Sprigg Street.

* Theft of a purse was reported at 654 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Plaza Auto Sales, 60 S. Kingshighway, reported theft and property damage.

* Theft of loose change was reported at 523 S. Spring Ave.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported theft of fuel.

* Property damage was reported at 509 Bellevue St.

* A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.

* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
