The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Eric Glueck, no age or address given, was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and DWI at Lexington and Perryville avenues.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and false imprisonment.
• Melena Karrenbrock, no age or address given, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia at 505 N. Kingshighway.
• Timothy McCall, 8 N. Park Ave., was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

• Paige Fitzpatrick, no age or address given, was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Kimberly Slinkard, no age or address given, was issued a summons for stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Misty Johnson, no age or address given, was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Kaylee Smith, no age or address given, was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Jamie L. Whitney, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting from J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Shean D. Seward, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a stop-sign violation at West End Boulevard and New Madrid Street.
