The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Sara Lanham, no age given, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

• Amanda Labryer, no age given, of Doniphan, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., and on two warrants.
• George F. Willis, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
• Michaela L. Bell, 17, no address given, was arrested on a warrant.
• Amy Ray, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Steven Maxim, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of property damage and on a warrant.
• Monic Cooper, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• Bradley Lucas, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, property damage and theft.

Summons

• Sebastian Winkler, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for property damage to Twin Trees Park.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Assault and theft of a motor vehicle were reported, with formal charges pending.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 333 N. Ellis St.
• Theft was reported at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
• A credit card was reported stolen and property damage was reported at 780 West Rodney Drive.
• Theft of a credit card, fraudulent use of a credit device, theft from a motor vehicle and tampering with a motor vehicle were reported at 906 N. Frederick St.

• Burglary and property damage was reported at 101 E. Cape Rock Drive.

• Damage to a car hood was reported at 820 N. Sprigg St.
• Property damage was reported at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
• Property damage was reported at 139 N. Main St.
• Property damage was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 6.

• Child abuse was reported.
• Sexual misconduct was reported.
• A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Endangering the welfare of a child was reported.
• An incorrigible juvenile was reported.
