The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Christopher A. Garrow, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, G303, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving with no headlights.
* David E. Sorensen, 47, 1519 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance and no valid license.
* Shadley J. Bigham, 35, 312 Lorimier St., B102, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Justin D. Marberry, 20, 1412 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Patrick R. Bloebaum, 21, 825 William St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
* Gabriel R. Yanes, 28, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.
* Pamela C. Hicks, 44, 602 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a leash-law violation.
* Alyssa M. Arrington, 23, 1933 Delwin St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Jolene F. Warren, 31, 412 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
* Ashley N. Bert, 25, 2 N. Fountain St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.
* Eric S. Amyx, 24, 2023 Perryville Road, Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Justin M. Caputa, 20, 1000 Towers Circle, G303, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Robert K. Scott, 48, 519 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
* Ryan W. Lamb-Fort, 21, 448 N. Frederick St., received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
* Rober A. Chapman, 29, of Mounds, Ill., received a summons for illegal dumping.
* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.
* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 40 S. Sprigg St.
* First Presbyterian Church, 232 Broadway, reported damage to a rubber roof.
* Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 N. Ellis St., reported damage to a bus window.
* A 30-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Protective custody was reported.
* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Summonses
* Deborah S. Prevallet, 53, of Perryville, Mo., received a summons for trespassing.
