The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

  • Lindsay A. Lansing, 19, of Ballwin, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated at North Sprigg and Themis streets.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana at 238 N. Fountain St.

Arrests

  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.
  • Samuel M. Cook, 25, 555 Spring Ave., Lot 49, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a suspended license.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault.
  • Shyanne M. Gierth, 23, 3105 Meadow Lark Lane, was arrested at 500 William St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on possession of a controlled substance at Perryville Road and Madison Street.
  • Hubert R. Bell Jr., 40, 531 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at 232 S. Ellis St.
  • Erica D. Earnheart, 17, of Qulin, Missouri, and Gary J. Uhl, 31, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Johnnie D. Flanigan, 34, 416 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a warrant.
  • September S. Strickland, 33, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant at 20 S. Sprigg St.
  • Robert E. Williams, 33, of Mounds, Illinois, was arrested at 1925 Broadway on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Natasha M. Holweg, 37, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant.

Summonses

  • LaDonna J. Murray, 64, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for dog barking/limitation of number at 548 N. Mount Auburn Road.
  • Antwan D. Bradley, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for operating a motor vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner, speeding and no insurance at Brink Avenue and Louis Street.
  • Amanda F. Daniels, 17, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at William and South Spanish streets.
  • Spencer W. Schaetzel, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noise disturbance at 36 N. Spanish St.

  • A purse, wallet and contents were reported stolen at 104 Park Ave.
  • Clothing and collectibles were reported stolen at 1220 S. West End Blvd.
  • A cellphone was reported stolen at 827 Jefferson Ave.
  • Theft of a credit card, a wallet and contents and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported at 36 N. Spanish St.
  • A backpack and laptop were reported stolen at 1537 Whitener St.
  • A 2005 Chevrolet Equinox was reported stolen at Cape Auto Sales, 1238 Meadowbrook Lane.
  • Tools were reported stolen at 2301 Bloomfield St.
  • Electronics were reported stolen at 701 Albert St.
  • A GPS unit was reported stolen at 1707 William St.
  • Stealing was reported at 3363 Gordonville Road.
  • Stealing was reported at 3120 Independence St.

Property damage

  • Damage to a door was reported at 1437 N. Water St.
  • Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
  • Violation of compulsory school attendance was reported.
  • A 40-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 33 S. Henderson Ave.

Arrests

  • Sean L. Erhart, 41, of Jackson was arrested on North Lacey Street on suspicion of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Keith A. Steimle, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on Spencer Street on suspicion of driving while revoked/driving while suspended, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and third-degree assault.
  • Christopher B. Barrier, 34, of Oak Ridge was arrested on Route U on suspicion of driving while revoked/driving while suspended.
  • Nicole M. Greable, 40, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on North Missouri Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.
  • Jennifer M. Renaud, 36, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on Route N on a Iron County, Missouri, warrant for insufficient funds.
  • Kalum J. Campbell, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a probation and parole warrant for a parole violation for possession of cocaine.
  • Tricia G. Newell, 38, of Parma, Missouri, was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a Missouri probation and parole warrant for a probation violation for dangerous drugs.
  • Steven H. Branson, 43, of Jackson was arrested on Highway 177 on suspicion of driving while revoked/driving while suspended.
  • David R. Lester Jr., 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Village Lane on suspicion of first-degree burglary, second-degree domestic assault and second-degree property damage.
