The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to signal at North Mount Auburn Road and Kage Road.

Arrests

  • Lawrence V. Wesley Jr., 53, 121 East Rodney Drive, was arrested at 505 N. Kingshighway on two Cape Girardeau warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.
  • Al L. Mathies, 36, 1615 William St., was arrested at 777 N. Main St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for revoked operator's license.
  • Michael L. Chambers, 34, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Clareon D. Fraction, 37, 202 Alpine Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for improper registration.
  • Crystal I. Medline, 31, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
  • Ashley M. Ray, 23, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on a Scott County warrant for concealed weapon and a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for public-order crimes.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.

Summons

  • KPatrice M. Jones, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal city license required at 1430 N. Main St.

Thefts
