The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Rebekah Leigh Fischer, 23, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no driver's license and no headlights.

Arrests

* Cheyenne Renee Courtway, 23, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A 12-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and possession of cocaine.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Janeth A. Weber, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for improper lane change.

* Erica A. Esclusa, no age given, of St. Charles, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

* Thibaut G. Morillon, no age given, 727 Bellevue St., Apt. 4C, was issued a summons for driving without a valid license and moving a vehicle without reasonable safety.
