The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Deshone S. Bailey, 30, 2806 Independence St., received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Athanasios C. Ligonis, 32, 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Cleveland Cleaves, 43, 709 North St., was arrested on suspicion of sexual misconduct.

* Adrian J. Douglas, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Randy J. Jackson, 19, 1114 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Jerome L. Bridges, 25, 41 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license, failure to appear for an assault and failure to appear for a probation revocation.

Summonses

* Kelita L. Moore, 23, of Ullin, Ill., received a summons for property damage.

* Boyce W. Church, 59, 3681 County Road 318, received a summons for a fence and sign violation.

* Erica D. Hutson, 32, 306 N. Neal St., Jackson, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Tyler D. Doublin, 22, 449 S. Louisiana Ave., received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Money and water bottles were reported stolen at 1571 Bunker Hill Road.

* A license plate was reported stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 623 Broadway.

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 611 La Petite Court.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 851 S. Kingshighway.

* A padlock was reported damaged at 1105 S. Ranney Ave., where an extension ladder was also reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Child endangerment was reported.

* Tampering with a victim or witness was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported at 805 S. Sprigg St.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 525 S. Sprigg St.

* A 57-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
