The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher Wader, 22, 1770 Bertling St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Marion Rowsley, 26, 916 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Douglas Nelson, 27, 720 Walnut St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Michael Ketcherside, 44, 717 N. Middle St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported at 207 Mill St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported..

Miscellaneous

* A man and woman were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
