The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Carol L. Wuesthoff, 48, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive in a single lane and no insurance.

Arrests

* Brent L. Baumgarth, 22, 239 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Michael L. Pratcher, 44, 2005 Old Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

* Jamie L. Cecil, 32, 912 Hickory St., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for probation violation for dangerous drugs and on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Zachary H. Ray, 20, 1938 Grandview Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Summons

* Melissa L. Hayes, 34, 615 Lafayette Place, No. 1, received a summons for a noise violation.

Assault

* Domestic assault and property damage were reported.
