Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and domestic assault.
* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as being a runaway.
* Athanasios C. Ligonis, 32, 119 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute.
* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault, property damage and being beyond parental control.
* Shunta M. Webb, 31, 605 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Poplar Bluff, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for assault, obstructing process, no operator's license and peace disturbance.
* Reginald C. Hopkins, 27, 3001 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for driving with a revoked license.
Thefts
* An iPod was reported stolen at 1112 Linden St.
* Sides Metal Recycling, 800 Giboney Ave., reported change, copper strap, batteries and radiators stolen and a security camera damaged.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 909 Hackberry St.
* A license plate was reported stolen at 3125 Mimosa Drive.
* A wedding ring was reported stolen at 429 N. Frederick St.
* An iPod was reported stolen from a vehicle at 436 Louis St.
* Dirt Cheap, 420 S. Kingshighway, reported alcohol stolen.
* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3519 Hopper Road.
Property damage
* A door and frame were reported damaged at 701 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
* A 68-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 51-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 23-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
