The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Blaine E. Strong II, 24, of Tamms, Illinois, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated at West Cape Rock and Brookwood drives.

Arrest

• Kristen M. Hurt, 35, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.

Thefts

• Theft of a card, identification and money and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device were reported at 130 N. Pacific St.
• Clothing and electronic goods were reported stolen at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.
• Lawn equipment was reported stolen from Ford and Sons at 2315 N. Kingshighway.
• Socks were reported stolen at Dollar General, 724 Broadway.
• Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 58 Centennial Drive.

Miscellaneous

• A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• Forgery was reported.
• Violation of an ex parte order was reported.
• Forgery was reported.
• Assist other agency was reported at 1855 Perryville Ave.
• Sodomy and child molestation were reported.
