  • Nicholas R. Fairbank, 18, 1523 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of being in the street, resisting arrest and being a minor in possession.
  • Lawrence Wesley, no age given, 121 E. Rodney Drive, Apt. G5, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Jason England, no age given, 734 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • A man was in custody on a warrant of commitment.
  • A juvenile was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from 612 S. Sprigg St.

Summonses

  • Jessica M. Pfau, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for improper lane change.
  • Nicole L. Tiehes, no age given, of Perryville, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Thefts

  • Motorcycle side bags, brakes and fluid were reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.

  • A gray 2001 Audi was reported stolen at 2640 Hopper Road.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing and stealing cosmetics at 3439 William St.
  • Money was reported stolen at Advance Auto Parts, 257 N. Kingshighway.

  • Cody L. Bowles, no age given, of Jackson was issues a summons for driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.

Property damage

  • Vehicles were reported damaged at 2760 Lynwood Hills Drive.

  • Counterfeiting was reported.
  • Harassment was reported.
  • Violation of education requirement for a child was reported.

DWIs

  • Crista L. Stafford, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Thomas L. Edmonds, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

  • Victoria M. Beck, 34, of Jackson was arrested on a Reynolds County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for failure to register.
  • Wesley J. Burns, 37, no address given, was arrested on a Missouri Department of Corrections Probation and Parole warrant for criminal nonsupport.
  • Lloyd F. Cureton, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for trespassing.
  • Genny M. Jones, 28, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for trespassing, parole violation for receiving stolen property and stealing.
  • Titus D. Brockman, 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for burglary, domestic assault and stealing.
