* Theft, forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit device were reported.

Miscellaneous

* A request for service was reported.

* A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Daniel B. Hazelwood, 31, Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Tyler J. Carr, 20, Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and failure to register a motor vehicle.

* William S. Claussen, 29, Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear in court for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to wear a seat belt.

* James G. Kennedy, 37, Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for driving while suspended.

* Jodi L. Harris, 54, Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to properly affix motor vehicle plates and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
