CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Christopher A. Martin, 30, 1011 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for domestic assault and nonsupport.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing and tampering with physical evidence at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

* Kareron M. Groves, 23, 1702 Northwoods Court, was issued a summons for animal cruelty.

* Daina M. Coomer, 21, 814 Morgan Oak St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* John W. Dillard, 21, 727 Bellevue St., Apt. 4A, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

* Logan E. Coats, no age given, 615 Boxwood Drive, No. 4, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign, no insurance and window tint violation.

* Clarence E. Probst, 46, 1433 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for exhibition driving.

* Robert Leon McGraw, 56, was issued a summons for drinking in public.

Thefts

* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported shoes, clothes and jewelry stolen.

* Theft of an aluminum Jonboat was reported at 209 S. Sprigg St.

* Theft of Missouri license plate tabs was reported at 1929 E. Weissinger Lane.

Miscellaneous

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported counterfeiting.

* Stalking was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Abuse of a child was reported.
