CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- William G. Driskell, 17, 340 N. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for not wearing a seatbelt.
- Todd D. Conklin, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for not wearing a seatbelt.
- Eric T. Collins, 37, 118 S. Hanover St., was arrested on an Illinois State Police warrant for a traffic offense.
- Henry L. Hawkins Jr., 21, 511 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
- Travis K. Underwood, 38, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear in court.
- Ian C. Sides, 32, 611 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on suspicion of stealing merchandise at AutoZone, 2327 Bloomfield St.
- Catrina M. Guest, 34, 908 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing shoes at Kohl's, 315 Shirley St.
Summons
- Nicholas P. Walker, 27, of Festus, Missouri, was issued a summons for indecent exposure, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer.
Thefts
- Theft of a check and forgery were reported at 1558 Independence St.
- A bicycle was reported stolen at 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive.
- A syringe and medication were reported stolen at Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 St. Francis Drive.
- A 2014 Nissan Altima was reported stolen at Brulin & Co., 2008 N. Kingshighway.
- A .45-caliber pistol was reported stolen at 2112 William St.
- Medication was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
