The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Peggy R. Pletcher, 60, 2820 Vista Lane, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for excessive weed growth and nuisance discarded.
* Landers Whitcomb Sr., 47, 3030 Mimosa Drive, No. 17, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* Justin T. Schrum, 21, of Delta was issued a summons for an open container.
* Judith A. Lipe, no age given, of Tamms, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Hollyann E. Hoering, no age given, 1051 Dorothy St., No. 2, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Austin D. Musgrove, no age given, of Morley, Mo., was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* A cellphone was reported stolen at 420 S. Ellis St.
* An iPhone was reported stolen at 2148 William St.
* A duty belt with cuffs and mace was reported stolen at 646 S. Spring St.
* An iPhone and a wallet were reported stolen at 2126 Independence St.
* Sunglasses were reported stolen and a vehicle window was reported damaged at 23 N. West End Blvd.
* Spark plug wires were reported damaged at 1714 Georgia St.
* Falken tires were reported damaged at 1404 Lexington Ave.
* A vehicle window was reported damaged at 153 S. Park Ave.
* A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* A 26-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Assist other agency was reported.
