CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jreece Johnson, 32, or Oran, Mo., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of shoplifting at Macy's, 3049 William St.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for domestic assault.

Summonses

* Sarah M. Click, no age given, 3102 Dogwood Drive, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident and striking a legally stopped vehicle.

* Herman J. Gardner, 34, 401 Minnesota Ave., was issued a summons for property damage and property found.

* Stanley T. Chubb, no age given, of Zalma, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain lane.

* Myra M. Morris, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for following to close.

Thefts

* Checks were reported stolen at 1938 Benjamin Court.

* U Kwick Stop, 1702 Broadway, reported stealing.

Property damage

* Show Me Laundromat, 1225 William St., reported property damage.

* Property damage and stealing were reported at 646 Penny Ave.

Burglary

* Burglary and theft of copper wire, an elevation laser, nail guns, circular saw, toolbox and hand tools were reported at 321 N. Broadview St.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Peace disturbance was reported at 1745 Pemiscot St.

* Service was requested.
