The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Matthew L. King, 23, 1030 Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene and failure to drive within traffic lanes.
* David C. Johnson, 33, 401 S. Pacific St., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for robbery.
* James R. Flesher, 23, 1524 Amblewood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.
* Coty A. Evans, 17, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for failure to appear for excessive speed.
* Brad A. Whitlock, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Mason D. Sander, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of false declaration, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.
* Joseph W. Proffer, 44, 925 Rodney Vista Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Levi R. Elledge, 33. 124 S. Lorimier St., No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and possession of marijuana.
* Christopher R. Smith, 24, 515 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 19, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance, three counts of speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, five counts of failure to stop at a posted stop sign, two counts of improper passing, careless and imprudent driving and no insurance.
* Calvin A. Ford, 41, 2813 Whitener St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Crystal L. Miller, 27, 1218 Themis St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.
* Madison C. Huckstep, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for following too close.
* Harold J. Burch, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for following too close.
* Crystal S. Eifert, no age given, of Scott City was issued a summons for improper lane change.
* Pamela J. Hiett, no age given, 1542 Briarcliff Drive, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Aaron C. Schlosser, no age given, 1915 Monterey Drive, was issued a summons for failure to yield.
* Joshua M. Fowler, no age given, 388 Country Club Drive, was issued a summons for following too close.
* Breonne N. Johnson, no age given, 1427 N. Clark Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic and no valid operator's license.
* Assault was reported.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of peace disturbance and assault.
* Robbery was reported.
* Robbery, burglary and property damage were reported.
* Theft of a watch was reported at 424 S. West End Blvd.
* Theft of a license plate was reported at 228 Merriwether St.
* Best Buy Motors, 566 S. Kingshighway, reported a motor vehicle stolen.
* Theft of a parachute rig was reported at 34 N. Park Ave.
* Menards, 245 S. Silver Springs Road, reported copper wire stolen.
* Theft of an electric tire pump was reported at 1080 S. Silver Springs Road.
* A 46-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
