The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* A 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl were taken into custody as "incorrigible juveniles."

* Amber D. Deshaney, 24, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Maggie L. Bell, 45, 426 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kelvin L. Johnson, 31, 46 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Georgia warrant for a probation violation on possession of cocaine.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* Richard N. Biller, 27, 616 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Valerie L. Scaggs, 32, 210 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Queen E. Payne, 44, 425 Koch St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for motor vehicle financial responsibility.

* Andrew M. Reed, 18, of Oak Ridge, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for leaving the scene of an accident.

Summons

* Tracy D. Lape, 41, of Jackson received a summons for harassment.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* SADI, 1913 Rusmar St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1721 Bloomfield St.

* Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1037 N. Middle St.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported two 37-inch televisions stolen.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 2109 William St.

* Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

Property damage

* A vehicle's rear window was reported damaged on Themis Street.

* Tampering with a vehicle and property damage were reported at 211 S. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A peace disturbance ws reported at 3049 William St.

* A 26-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.

* Two violations of education requirement for a child were reported at 520 Minnesota, Ave.

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* First-degree statutory rape and first-degree statutory sodomy were reported.

* An 18-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
