Arrests

* A 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl were taken into custody as "incorrigible juveniles."

* Amber D. Deshaney, 24, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

* Maggie L. Bell, 45, 426 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* Kelvin L. Johnson, 31, 46 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Georgia warrant for a probation violation on possession of cocaine.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest.

* Richard N. Biller, 27, 616 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Valerie L. Scaggs, 32, 210 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for dangerous drugs.

* Queen E. Payne, 44, 425 Koch St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for motor vehicle financial responsibility.

* Andrew M. Reed, 18, of Oak Ridge, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation for leaving the scene of an accident.

Summons

* Tracy D. Lape, 41, of Jackson received a summons for harassment.

* Domestic assault was reported.
