CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Darnell Lateef Marwan, 24, 735 William St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Ashley N. Leigh, 31, 1515 Wayne St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Geneva Y. Madden, 48, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing cosmetics at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Marcus D. Stephen, 37, of Snellville, Georgia, was arrested on suspicion of stealing clothing at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Assault

• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary, theft of clothing and damage to a window were reported at Garber's Men's Wear, 2110 William St.

Thefts

• A tablet, speaker and wallet were reported stolen at 815 N. Fountain St.
• A cellphone was reported stolen at 428 S. Pacific St.
