The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Three subjects are in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana, tampering and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Summons

* Heather N. Davis, 20, of Oliver Branch, Ill., received a summons for stealing.

Theft

* A driver's license was reported stolen at 1301 North Main St.

Property damage

* Damage to soda machines was reported at 1000 Silver Springs Road.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of order of protection for an adult was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Department of Public Safety released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* A Garmin GPS unit was reported stolen at Lot 5-1.

* An iPhone 4 was reported stolen at Merick Hall, Broadway and Henderson Avenue.

* Ten college textbooks were reported stolen at Scully Building, 1115 Woodlawn Ave.
