The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Christian Lee Conley, 22, of Sikeston was arrested on a parole violation warrant.

* Dylan Ray Dibendetto, 19, of Perryville was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Robyn D. Snodgrass, 31, 1301 Gina Drive was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Trish's Place Bar, 2023 Independence St., reported burglary, the theft of money and a broken window and damage to video slot machine.

* Pop's Pizza, 409 Clark Ave., reported burglary, the theft of money, damage to a door and cash register.

* Burglary and the theft of fishing poles were reported.

* Burglary, damage to a door and theft of an iPhone and money were reported at 312 S. Hanover St.

Thefts

* Medication and cigarettes were reported stolen at 2115 Brink Ave.

* Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A military surplus coat was reported stolen at 1455 Whitener St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1129 Broadway.

* Attempted robbery and armed criminal were reported at 609 Sycamore Circle.

Property damage

* A door was reported damaged at 909 Hackberry St.

Miscellaneous

* Alliance Bank, 217 N. Kingshighway, reported counterfeiting.

* Request for service was reported.

* Child abuse was reported.

* Child molestation was reported.

* A 53-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Request for service was reported.

* A 39-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* An animal at large and animal declared dangerous were reported at 821 William St.
