CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Paige F. Smith, 25, 704 S. Ellis St., was arrested at Bloomfield and Hanover streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
• Steven R. Hanks Sr., 47, 821 William Apt. 4, was arrested at 821 William St. on two Scott County warrants.

Assault

• An assault was reported at 800 William St.

Summons

• William J. Bogan, 29, of Charleston was issued a summons for tampering with a motor vehicle at 2136 William St.

Robbery

• A robbery was reported in the 2800 block of Whitener Street.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported at 303 Albert St.

Theft

• A motor vehicle was reported stolen at 546 S. Sprigg St.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported at 21 S. Hanover St.
