Arrests

  • A 15-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody on suspicion of assault at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • Rodney J. Harris, 37, homeless, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for careful, prudent operation.
  • Austin L.D. Overall, 22, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested at Bloomfield Road and Siemers Drive on a Perry County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Nathanial K. Burton, 19, of Scott City was arrested on Marble Hill, Missouri, warrants for possession of a controlled substance and no insurance.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault while on school property at 1900 Thilenius St.
  • Bridgett G. Sanders, 51, no address given, was arrested at 401 Independence St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic violation.
  • Edward C. Pierce, 38, 2814 Larkspur Drive, was arrested at 2814 Larkspur Drive on Cape Girardeau warrants for driving while revoked and improper registration.
  • Justin A. Ramos, 26, homeless, was arrested at 2001 N. Kingshighway on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Corion D. Tate, 20, 350 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested at William and South Hanover streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
  • Sandra S. Enlow, 27, 141 Kickapoo Lane, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for speeding and improper registration.
  • Ronald E. Romans, 52, 338 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested at Cousin and South Hanover streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no insurance.
  • Thomas C. Stoops, 26, 232 Red Hawk Ridge, was arrested at North Kingshighway and Broadway on Cape Girardeau warrants for improper registration and speeding.
  • Clay W. Miller, 22, of Jackson was arrested at Broadway and Penny Avenue on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
  • Eric T. Collins, 38, 62 Rivercrest Drive, was arrested at 62 Rivercrest Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Eric S. Maldonado, 22, 1500 West End Blvd., was arrested at West End Boulevard and Broadway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for driving while revoked.
  • Clarence J. Smith, 25, 815 S. Benton St., was arrested in the 400 block of South Benton Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for traffic violation.
  • Edward E. Sutton, 35, 1092 Linden St., was arrested at 1092 Linden St. on a Cape GIrardeau County warrant for receiving stolen property.
  • Breanna N. Gehlert, 20, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested at William and South Frederick streets on a Perryville warrant for traffic violation.
  • Noah M. Hendry, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., was arrested at Independence and North Middle streets on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Casey J. Moser, 27, 1022 Independence St., was arrested on South Kingshighway on a Jackson warrant for traffic offenses.
  • Curtis D. Lailer, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for manufacturing or distributing dangerous drugs and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for obstructing a criminal investigation.
  • A juvenile was arrested at North Frederick Street on a juvenile warrant.

Summonses

  • Regina L. Anderson, 52, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for animal leash law required and animal city license required.

  • Domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported.

Thefts

  • A purse and its contents were reported stolen at 232 Shirley Drive.
  • Two purses and their contents were reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.
  • A backpack and its contents were reported stolen at 1824 Lexington Ave.
  • Theft was reported at Hotshots, 15 N. Main St.
  • A motor vehicle was reported stolen.

Miscellaneous

  • A runaway 16-year-old boy was reported.
  • A 50-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • Request for service was reported.
